Careers and employability

As soon as you arrive at college, we start to prepare you for your next steps - whether that is continuing at college, moving into work, an apprenticeship or to university. We have a team of qualified, impartial careers advisers and a wide range of resources and information for you to access. We will also ensure you have plenty of opportunities for work experience through industry visits, real-life projects and placements.

English and maths

English and maths skills are important to employers and may also be a key requirement if you want to progress onto other courses after college. If you don't achieve a grade 9-4 in both subjects at GCSE, we can help. We offer opportunities to retake exams, with study sessions and tutoring built into your Study Programme.
