ExperienceAs a Fellow of the CIPD, Linda has considerable experience as a senior HR & OD manager in a number of unionised, public and private sector organisations. She has worked in retailing, policing and the NHS.
From recruitment and selection, through performance, development and Talent Management, to dismissal and retirement, Linda has worked in and led these functions. She is qualified to administer and interpret a range of psychometric tools. Linda has experience in TUPE, restructuring, Organisational Development and overseeing Wellbeing, Communications and leading on Equality and Diversity, and all operational HR matters. Promoting and leading on the delivery of a variety of apprenticeship programmes, Linda is a fervent advocate of developing people within the workplace, using her coaching qualification in both formal and informal settings. Linda has a real interest in inclusion and sits on the London E & D NHS network, contributing to improvements and developments in this area.
Linda is experienced in dealing with the most complex Employee Relations cases. She is an expert in investigating and overseeing a wide range of cases, including workplace grievances, misconduct, and bullying and harassment. As an accredited mediator, Linda has set up internal mediation services, tirelessly promoting informal resolutions both face to face and online.
Linda undertakes volunteer work for the CIPD, including as an Enterprise Advisor in local schools and is a member of the Code of Conduct practitioner pool. She has her own consultancy business and also works as an Associate for a number of other companies.
