ExperienceBeth Wakefield has acquired extensive people management and HR experience during 16 years within a large Energy Supply organisation, undertaking diverse roles across multiple locations and collaborating with partner companies.
She has combined operational HR and case management, project management, and people-development activities throughout this time, together with key specialisms in Employee Engagement and Learning & Development arenas.
