Last degree level open event this December - don’t miss out!
Here at the MET, we’re excited to be gearing up for our final open event for degree level Creative Industries courses at our West Durrington Campus. Don’t miss out on a chance to see our state-of-the-art facilities, or take part in a Stage Combat workshop led by an Associate Practitioner of the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC).
It’s not too late to book!
The event takes place on Saturday 4 December 2021, and we can’t wait to welcome you to our West Durrington Campus to explore all of the UAL accredited creative degrees that we have on offer. Book you place today by filling out this online form. The event starts at 10am, and last entry is at 2.30pm.
Not sure of your plans? No problem!
Although we would prefer you to book your place at the open event, it is not essential. If you’re unsure if you will be able to come, or your plans change at the last minute, we would still love to meet you. Please go to the registration desk on the day and we will be happy to book you in.
Check out our fantastic facilities
Coming to an open event is your chance to see first-hand the fantastic courses, and facilities, that the MET has to offer. From a 160 seat onsite theatre, state-of-the-art recording studios, and dedicated workshops for all of our courses, you’ll get a taste of what being a MET student is all about. And did we mention the goody bag? Everyone who comes to our open event will receive a tote bag with artwork by BA Fine Art student, Rebecca.
Wait, there’s more!
For the first time at our open events, we are pleased to be offering a free Stage Combat workshop, orrganised by our fabulous Widening Participation team. Join Tom Jordan, an RSC Associate Practitioner, in an introduction to unarmed stage combat. Learn techniques used on stage and screen to create organic, vicious fights. Booking for the workshop is essential.
Although this is our final open event for 2021, we have more coming up in Spring and Summer 2022. Find out more here.
