Games Development | UAL Diploma/Extended Diploma in Games Development | Level 3
Why this course?

This two year course provides students with the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to progress to degree level study and employment in the fast-moving games industry. You will explore and develop your creativity within a stimulating environment, through a mix of practical and theoretical learning, supported by industry specialists.
This is a two year course, you will study for the UAL Level 3 Diploma in Creative Media Production & technology in the first year and on successful completion you will study the Extended Diploma in the second year. You will specialise in a chosen area for the Extended Diploma (year 2).

After successful completion and achievement of the Diploma progress to the UAL Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production Technology (year 2).

You can progress to university-level courses, either at the MET or at other universities throughout the UK.
Our West Durrington Campus is also our University Centre, a creative arts space with students studying at degree level in art & design disciplines as well as theatre arts and music.

This course is free (you do not have to pay fees) if:
- You are a UK citizen, hold EU Settlement Status or have a visa which could qualify you for home status.
- AND you are under 19 on 31 August in the year you are studying.

This course is free if you meet the following criteria:
- You are a UK citizen, hold EU Settlement Status or have a visa which could qualify you for home status.
AND
- If you will be aged 19-23 when your course begins and you have not already achieved a full Level 3 or higher, you may not have to pay any fees.
Advanced Learner Loan
