Asian Cookery | Beginners
Why this course?
You will start with introduction to Asian herbs, ingredients, rice and noodles and how to cook them to perfection. You will then use them to create tasty dishes by using stir fried, braised and steam cooking methods.
Each week you will learn cuisine from different countries such as Thailand, Japan and China. By the end of the course you will be able to prepare and cook tasty Asian food with confidence.
Each week you will be able to sample food as well as take home what you have cooked.

What to bring for this course?
Please bring an apron and suitable closed shoes e.g. strong shoes or trainers. No high heels, ballet shoes or sandals.
Please bring something to tie your hair back if necessary. PLease remove all jewellery and nail varnish before entering the catering kitchen.
Please bring containers to take food home in, all ingredients are included in course fee.
