Why this course?

This short course will explore the benefits of aromatherapy essential oils. We will look at how essential oils can be used for conditions such as coughs, colds, hypertension, stress, insomnia, anxiety and depression.

This course will give you hands-on techniques to create your own blends in a traditional way as well as covering safety and dilution. We will look at aromatherapy for skincare and beauty and use a blend oils within gentle massage. A practical and informative course.

Organic oils will be provided on this course. Please bring a small towel.

Some courses are eligible for discounted fees depending on your circumstances. The lower fees stated above (b) are applicable to applicants claiming housing benefit, council tax benefit, income support or pension credit. Fees for band (c) are for jobseekers claiming JSA or ESA.
