Why this course?

You will learn to administer this soothing massage (which works by placing pressure into the Marma points situated on the face, scalp and head) by using a blend of safe oils appropriate to skin type.

Beginners will be encouraged to learn this technique which has been compared to a natural face lift, bringing mind and body back in to balance.

As well as hands-on experience, you will also discover how vitamins and certain nutrients are essential for the skincare.  

Organic oils are provided for use in class. Please bring a towel and/or blanket.

Course content

Ayurvedic medicine is an ancient medicine system, originating from India. This course focuses on the areas of the face and neck.

As well as hands-on experience, you will also discover how vitamins and certain nutrients are essential for the skincare. 

Tutors are not able to make judgements about medical conditions so you must check with your doctor if you have any concerns about your health or ability to participate in a class.

a. £88 b. £66 c. £44

Some courses are eligible for discounted fees depending on your circumstances. The lower fees stated above (b) are applicable to applicants claiming housing benefit, council tax benefit, income support or pension credit. Fees for band (c) are for jobseekers claiming JSA or ESA.
