Study foundation learning at Brighton MET

Foundation learning is right for you if you need to improve your skills or confidence and may need a more supported environment. It is also for if you need a stepping stone course to continue study or you are unsure of the vocational subject you want to study.

At Brighton MET you will receive excellent help and support from experienced tutors and teaching assistants, develop skills to help you manage your learning, improve your English, maths and ICT to help you progress to the next level.

On a foundation learning course you can gain a taste of the subject of your choice, build your self-confidence and self-esteem through working within small classes and achieve appropriate qualifications at Entry Level or Level 1 to provide you with progression opportunities.
