Course aims and areas

This nine week course is designed to help you decorate a cake for different occasions. Whether you are decorating a cake for someone special or making occasional cakes to impress, this course will teach you a number of new decorating techniques that will send you home buzzing with ideas and enthusiasm. Both novices and those with some sugar craft experience are welcome.
