Course location: Brighton Metropolitan College, Central Campus Course fees: £475 Assessment: This conversion course will provide you with a further 12 credits from the CIPD Level 5 Intermediate unit portfolio, totalling 44 credits required to achieve a Level 5 Diploma qualification.

The conversion course focuses on increasing your depth of knowledge and understanding on how HR functions are structured and operate across a different sectors and size of organisations. In addition, you will focus on exploring the complexities of managing a HR function and gain insights on how to improve organisational performance through organisational culture and performance management.
