Course aims and areas

Whether you are interested in further/adult education, private training, community or work-based training, this course (formerly known as PTTLS) will boost your confidence and give you an insight into the most effective, evidence based teaching methods.

It is intended to be a 'survival guide' for those entering the teaching or training market for the first time or if you are an existing teacher or trainer who would like to receive a recognised qualification.

The course covers key areas such as overcoming barriers to learning, planning, delivery and assessment.
