Every type of business environment requires the ability to be organised, to use office equipment, work with others, deal with customers, answer the telephone, write letters, complete business documents and much more.

This course will provide you with a range of practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the areas of enterprise, finance, marketing and team building in business.

Entry requirements

At least four GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including English and maths.

If you do not have these grades, you can start on the Level 1 Business course or a Level 2 course.

Why the MET?

This course has been developed in collaboration with businesses and universities to teach a range of work-ready business skills covering marketing, finance, customer service and management. You will learn through practical projects and assignments based on realistic workplace situations. What's next?

On successful completion of the Subsidiary Diploma, you can progress to the Level 3 Extended Diploma.

On successful completion of Level 3, you could apply to university, start an apprenticeship or seek employment. 80% of our Level 3 Extended Diploma students progress to university.

UK and EU students do not have to pay fees if they are under 19 on 31 August in the year they are studying.
