alumni Views Prince Lyonel Richman
After I completed the course I immediately perceived improvements in the way I communicate my thoughts and ideas alongside the capacity of developing myself and others. I am happy to say, that I was not the only one who noticed my development; in fact, my manager immediately felt that something had “clicked” in me, and just a few weeks after the completion of my course he made me responsible for the training of all our new recruits, which is a major step towards me becoming a team leader.
I love the fact that through class discussions, exchange of different ideas and point of views, I was given the tools, knowledge and skills I needed in order to start my journey. This ultimately gave me the courage to approach my manager and communicate my interest in the position of team leader that was recently advertised.
There are no formal academic entry requirements to work towards this qualification. However, applicants should be in a supervisory or team leader role and will be required to undertake an interview prior to acceptance on the course.
