You will gain invaluable experience if you choose to study with us - our catering and hospitality department benefits from modern facilities such as industry standard training kitchens as well as our training restaurant, The Gallery which is staffed by students and open to the public at our Brighton Central Campus on Pelham Street.

Day to day with us, you be working in a realistic training environment and you will have plenty of opportunity to learn techniques and tricks of the trade that are essential for a successful career in this fun and fast-paced industry. As well as practical skills you will also learn theory around the principles of catering, health and safety, nutrition and computing, maths and language skills.
