Do you have a flair for cooking? Could you be a hospitality hero?  Northbrook MET offers a range of catering and hospitality courses that have been specially designed to prepare you for a successful career in the challenging but rewarding sector.

You will gain invaluable experience if you choose to study with us - our catering and hospitality department benefits from modern facilities such as industry standard training kitchens as well as our training restaurant, The Arundel Restaurant which is staffed by students and open to the public at our West Durrington Campus on Littlehampton Road.

Day to day with us, you be working in a realistic training environment and you will have plenty of opportunity to learn techniques and tricks of the trade that are essential for a successful career in this fun and fast-paced industry. As well as practical skills you will also learn theory around the principles of catering, health and safety, nutrition and computing, maths and language skills.
