Why this course?

Our popular fine dining restaurant, coffee shop and industrial kitchens provide an ideal environment to learn the skills needed for a career in the hospitality industry.

This Level 2 course allows you to study both professional cookery and food and beverage service. In addition to food and customer service skills, you will gain experience in food preparation, cookery, bar service and front-of-house.

You have the option to split the course over two years; food and beverage in the first year and professional cookery in the second.

Alternatively, you can compress both into one year. At Level 3 you will specialise in your preferred area.
