Why this course?

Our popular fine dining restaurant, coffee shop and industrial kitchens provide an ideal environment to learn the skills needed for a career in the catering and hospitality industry. At Level 2 you have the option to split the course over two years, studying food and beverage service in the first year and professional cookery in the second. At Level 3, you will specialise in either fine dining service or cookery, learning advanced skills and techniques.

Entry requirements

To join this course, you must have successfully completed the Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery or have significant industry experience.

GCSE English and maths are also required.

This course is free (you do not have to pay fees) if:

  • You are a UK citizen, hold EU Settlement Status or have a visa which could qualify you for home status.
  • AND you are under 19 on 31 August in the year you are studying.
