Ceramics Workshop | Beginners
Why this course?

This workshop is an ideal introduction to ceramics for beginners. Also suitable for those with some experience or have already attended the autumn term workshop and want to continue to work on their own projects. This workshop will be focused specifically on throwing i.e. a bowl, vase, jug or beaker etc. These will be glazed following biscuit fire.
By the end of the course you will be able to use clay with creative confidence. Those who have already attended the autumn term workshop can go on to explore the uses of clay, throwing, hand building, coiling, slab building, slip casting and sculpting, as well a various glazes and oxides.
