Contemporary Collage
Why this course?

During this playful 10-week evening course you will explore a wide range of mixed media techniques. You will be guided to experiment with collage to express your own creative ideas and personal narratives.
The exploration of existing collage works by historical and contemporary practitioners form the basis of each session. Topics covered include construction methods, composition and planning, perspective and presentation.
By the end of the course, you will have created a series of works that explore a variety of themes including personal narratives. You will have developed a broad appreciation of the use of collage within contemporary and historical art practice.
