Formerly City College Brighton and Hove and Northbrook College

The Gallery

Members of the public are welcome to enjoy the restaurant-quality food and service delivered by students in our training restaurant.

High-quality meals at low prices

The Gallery at our Central Brighton Campus combines modern English cuisines with a relaxed and informal atmosphere, serving bistro-style lunches and fine dining in the evening, at a fraction of the usual price.

The Gallery is also available for gala dinners, charity events and other social occasions. Get in touch via the contact details below to discuss your requirements.

Taught and supervised by highly-skilled teachers with years of industry experience, The Gallery provides invaluable training opportunities for our catering and hospitality students.

Former students have gone on to win such prestigious prizes as Young Chef of the Year and The Roux Scholarship, and to run Michelin recognised restaurants.

Alumni Ben McKellar owns the growing chain of restaurants under the Gingerman group, located in and around Brighton. Head Chef at The Ginger Dog, James Villiers, is also a previous student. James gained recent fame for reaching the semi-final of the BBC’s ‘MasterChef: The Professionals’ in 2016.
