Photography students highlight the Black Lives Matter movement at Photo Fringe 2020
Foundation and Extended Diploma Photography students at the MET are showcasing their work in an online exhibition at Photo Fringe 2020.
Inspired by research, their work highlights and is inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement. Each piece represents their own understanding and communicates their feelings visually.
The students, who were only two weeks into their course, used varied genres of photography including documentary, environmental portraiture and still life, to form this powerful exhibition.
Their work highlights themes of discrimination and solidarity, thier own emotions and the emotions of others.
The exhibition has two parts and is available to view until 30 October 2020.
