Fees and financial support

Please refer to specific course listings to find out what fee categories are applicable.

What fees do I pay?

Each course listing will clearly state the full cost fee. Due to government funding, there are discounts available on some courses - eligible courses will provide further information about the applicable discounts on the Cost and Finance tab of the course listing. Whether you are eligible for fee remission will depend on your age, circumstances and previous educational history.

The following guide outlines the different fee categories and who is eligible for the discounts.

Please note that fees are payable before your course starts.

Part payment agreements

If a course is more than £750 and 16 weeks or longer in duration, you can set up an instalment plan of up to three months. This will be for three equal instalments; the first one payable on enrolment.

Instalment plans are not available for companies that are sponsoring learners.

If you withdraw before all instalments have been received, we will still require all future instalments to be paid and will seek to recover any outstanding instalments if necessary.

Where a student withdraws within the first 28 days, or fails to start, a £50 administration fee will be due.

If the course is shorter than an academic year, and the student has attended for more than two weeks the full fee is payable.
