Why this course?

You will learn the underpinning knowledge and skills required to undertake work as an technician engineer within mechanical and manufacturing engineering.

On successful completion, you could progress to a degree-level course.

This course is part-time, one day per week and takes two years to complete.

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs at 9-4 (A*-C) including maths and science or BTEC first diploma in engineering (or equivalent).

An interview will be required with a course tutor or member of our admission team prior to enrolment.

The course fees are: £2,710.50 per year.

This course will take 2 years to complete by studying one day a week.

This course is eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan.

You can study without repaying the loan until you earn over £25,000.
