David McCormack has worked in both the private and public sectors over the last 15 years including the NHS and the Mitie Group and is the current HR Advisor here at the Greater Brighton Metropolitan College.David has a successful track record of leading, devising and delivering on HR systems as well as performance and change management strategies. With high levels of experience in building effective working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, including senior management teams, local and national Trade Unions, customers and the development of joint working forums at both strategic and operational levels, David brings a wealth of HR knowledge to his role as Lecturer at the College.
Experience
David uses his excellent knowledge and experience to not only bring real examples to support what he is teaching but linking it to the work place making the delivery relevant for the professional course.He holds a Level 7 in International Human Resources Management and a Level 7 in Strategic management and leadership and is a Associated member of the CIPD and the CMI.
