Experience

After working in the financial industry Karen changed her career pathway to childcare. Karen has worked as a childminder, pre-school practitioner and helping to set up a pre-school. Karen moved onto work as a Childminding Network Coordinator and followed by working in a family centre. Karen also has a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.
