Why this course?

This course is suitable for beginners. It is aimed at all who want to learn Spanish in a fun and relaxed environment. By the end of this short course you will have the confidence to converse in many subjects whilst on holiday in Spain.

You will learn vocabulary essential for holidays to Spanish speaking destinations including: travelling, accommodation, making friends, eating out, shopping, leisure and sightseeing. It will also cover some basic grammar, confidence tips and an insight to the rich culture of Spain.

By the end of the course you will be able to converse in basic Spanish with confidence. You will have the vocabulary needed for holidays and an appetite to learn more about the fascinating language and culture of Spain.

After this course you may wish to develop your knowledge of the language and progress on to one of our longer Spanish language courses.

Discounts may apply depending on your circumstances. For this course, please see payment bands below.

Band (A) £88: If you are not claiming any housing benefits, you will need to pay the full course cost.

Band (B) £66: For those claiming housing benefit, council tax benefit, income support or pension credit.

Band (C) £44: For jobseekers claiming JSA or ESA.

Please note: if you wish to book onto this course under band B or band C, you will need to visit the enrolment centre at the college in order to show proof of benefits.
