Studying the six-month fast-track Level 2 Beauty Therapy course at Brighton MET is hands-on, exciting. It will leave you with the skills, confidence and most importantly, the experience to progress into employment or further your skills through study.

This vocational course will teach you the theory and practice of:

Working in beauty-related industries
Facial electrotherapy treatments
Body electrotherapy treatments
Body massage
Client care and communication in beauty-related industries
Health and safety practice in the salon
Massage using aromatherapy oils
Micro-dermabrasion
Technological developments within the hair and beauty sector

Students are given opportunities to attend external trips such as the National Health & Beauty exhibitions.

Entry requirements

Good level of English (IELTS 5.0 or equivalent)
Successful completion of Level 2 Beauty Therapy (VTCT or equivalent)
