Social activities and free time

What can you do in your spare time?

Our social programme

We offer a range of leisure and sports activities for students studying at our Brighton campuses. We encourage you to meet new people, make friends, practice your English, get to know Brighton and settle into life in the UK.

The MET is so much more than a place for you to study. International students are also welcome to join the general college sports and enrichment programmes offered during term time at all Brighton MET and Northbrook College campuses.

We try to keep social activities as low cost to students as possible. Some are free and just require a bus pass, some are at cost. In some cases, we offer activities as part of a pre-paid package. Click here to find out more about our programmes for groups.

If you would like to find out more about the kind of activities you can join, you can view a sample timetable here.
