Study hours:
Outside of class it is suggested you spend two hours per week completing additional study in your own time.

Career progression
On successful completion of this course, students can go on to study a Level 4 qualification or the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
After this course, you may gain the confidence, knowledge and experience to move onto a new, more senior role. An ILM qualification can help you to secure a promotion with your current organisation or an external one, roles include:

Course fees
You are expected to be an ILM member to study this qualification which will incur an additional fee. As part of this membership you will gain access to a wealth of online study support, learning materials such as podcasts, videos, research reports and fact-sheets.
ILM also advises you to purchase up to three text books to support your learning on the course.
