Learn the underpinning knowledge and skills needed to work as a technician within electrical / electronic engineering.

We will cover analogue and digital electronics; microelectronics; testing and fault finding; and more.

On successful completion, you could progress to a degree-level engineering course.

This course is part-time one day per week for 2 years.

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs at 9-4 (A*-C) including maths and science or BTEC first diploma in engineering (or equivalent).

An interview will be required with a course tutor or member of our admission team prior to enrolment.

Course fees

The course fees are: £2,710.50 per year.

This course will take 2 years to complete by studying one day a week. 

This course is eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan. 

You can study without repaying the loan until you earn over £25,000.
