Hear from our alumni

I am Will Scobie, an artist and illustrator. Studying for a level 3 Diploma on the Graphic Diploma & Illustration course at the MET, is where I began my creative journey into the world of Illustration. The course introduced me to many different creative ways of thinking and diverse use of mediums and processes, giving me a fantastic introduction to the vast spectrum of creativity. I haven’t stopped exploring new and traditional practice/process since.

I went on to study for a BA (Hons) in Communication Design also at the MET, where I continued developing a visual language as well as keeping a daily sketchbook. I now work on editorial and branding illustrations as well as teach on the L3 Diploma on the Graphic Diploma & Illustration course.

I have been working professionally now for 10 years, still learning, playing and exploring. Currently, I am focusing on 3D Animation and Audio Visual Graphics.
