Why this course?

This exciting course will prepare you for careers in the uniformed services by developing skills such as fitness, teamwork, personal protection and leadership. Students will join our Combined Cadet Force (Royal Navy), an exciting adventure activity-focused programme. You will be issued with a uniform and will take part in regular parades.

The course will also introduce you to conflict management, personal protection and crime scene investigation. Students will have the opportunity to take part in outdoor activities and adventurous expeditions in the Sussex countryside and further afield.

This Level 3 qualification can be studied over 2 years, you will achieve the Diploma in the first year and the Extended Diploma in the second year.

In 2018, our Broadwater Campus officially opened its Combined Cadet Force (Royal Navy) and signed the Armed Forces Covenant to demonstrate the College's support for the armed forces community. Students therefore enjoy an unrivalled environment in which to prepare for a career in the uniformed services.
