Destination Northbrook: Unleashing Creativity and Inspiring Careers!

Northbrook College is gearing up for its highly anticipated annual End of Year Show, "Destination Northbrook." Over 100 degree students from various creative disciplines, including Art, Design, Media, Music, and Theatre, will be exhibiting their exceptional work. This event marks the culmination of their studies and promises to showcase a diverse range of artistic expressions.

Art enthusiasts, as well as those curious about the cutting-edge creations of current students, the private viewing will take place on 7 June, with the exhibition not only featuring captivating artwork but also including live music performances, theatrical showcases, and opportunities to witness new and exciting forms of creativity. The show will continue to run and be open to the public on the 8 and 9 June, from 10am to 4pm, ensuring ample time for visitors to explore the remarkable displays.

Furthermore, for individuals considering a future in the creative industries, Northbrook College is hosting a Degree Open Day on the 10 June from 10am to 1pm. This event offers a unique chance to meet the college's knowledgeable tutors and explore the University of the Arts London BA (Hons) degrees available at Northbrook College. It's an excellent opportunity for aspiring artists, designers, musicians, and performers to gain insights and guidance for their future educational and career paths.

Kirstie McCool, the Deputy Head of Learning (Higher Education) for Art, Design, Media, Music, and Theatre at Northbrook College, expressed her excitement for this time of year. McCool emphasised the transformative journeys undertaken by students and the anticipation building on campus as they prepare their artworks and exhibition spaces. The college eagerly awaits the arrival of visitors and takes pride in providing a platform for these emerging artists to launch their careers. Northbrook College extends a warm invitation to everyone to join in and share this extraordinary and creatively charged experience.

Following from the exhibition at the college, the collection will be moved to Worthing Town Hall on 14 June 2023 - 22 June as part of the Worthing Festival.
