This course is designed for a wide range of learners who wish to gain an understanding of the care and management of diabetes, and is ideal for those working or intending to work in healthcare or social care.

There aren’t any specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification.

  • Unit 2 Preventing and early intervention of Type 2 diabetes
  • Unit 3 Understanding the initial care of diabetes
  • ƒUnit 4 Understanding the treatment and management of diabetes

You will gain the CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding the Care and Management of Diabetes (QCF 16 Credits).
