Miranda Rasmussen

Miranda has over 20 years experience of working in Learning and Development and within the HR function, having worked in a variety of industries in both the public and private sectors. She is a highly skilled trainer, coach, and mentor with a wealth of experience delivering high-quality programmes including management development and CIPD HR and L&D.

She has worked with all levels of employees from new recruits to senior management, upskilling and implementing change, and has always strived to use new teaching strategies and pioneering material in her design and delivery in order to help embed the learning. 

Allison Magauran, MCIPD

Allison is an experienced HR professional with over 27 years in International HR, specialising in Talent Management, DEI, and Learning and Development practices across a variety of industries including financial services and FMCG. 
 
Allison has extensive experience in partnering with stakeholders of all levels to deliver a range of people strategies. Skills include talent identification and development, succession planning, workforce planning, and partnering to assess and develop talent and prepare the workforce for critical roles. Creative and innovative, skilled in coaching leaders and designing unique OD and learning solutions for a range of functions and levels. Skilled in coaching and mentoring, Allison lectures for the CIPD Level 5 course at Brighton MET College bringing her wealth of experience to the students.
