Painting and decorating courses at Brighton MET are designed to prepare you for employment in the construction industry as a painter and decorator.
Our courses will equip you with in-depth knowledge and skills in painting and decorating, ranging from how to apply paint systems by brush/roller and applying foundation and plain papers to producing specialist decorative finishes. You’ll also learn about how to carry out safe working practices, communication skills, how to work out correct quantities, building methods and construction technology.
Our tutors have many years’ experience on site as tradesmen alongside their teaching experience which means you’re getting excellent training that will help you reach your employment goals.
