Poetry Workshop

Course Type: Adult leisure and hobby, Open to international students Campus: Broadwater Campus

Course Aims:

For students of all abilities. You can opt to bring your poetry along for feedback, though it isn't a course requirement. You will also be working on a number of poetry writing exercises and exploring a variety of poems by contemporary poets.

The tutor will provide feedback and annotated notes on students' own work; you will examine the use of imagery; writing the senses and emotions; exploring poems by a range of contemporary poets.
