This advanced course will help you to develop your skills for a career in a professional kitchen or hospitality environment to secure a role as a commis chef. 

You will learn new techniques for preparing dishes that enable you to work on different sections within a restaurant, hotel or cafe kitchen.

You will also prepare and cook food for our onsite restaurant based at our West Durrington campus.
