Vegan Cookery | Desserts & Cakes
Why this course?
You will be shown how to prepare/cook delicious vegan cakes and desserts. By the end of the course you will be able to prepare/cook hot and cold cakes and desserts with confidence. Samples of food prepared by your tutor as well as what you cook will be taken home.
This workshop will give you the chance to meet other students who enjoy vegan cooking and be taught by a tutor who has an understanding of the challenges in preparing interesting and nutritional dishes to meet with the ethos of veganism.
Suitable for the complete beginner or someone with a little knowledge. All ingredients are supplied and included in the cost of the course but you will need to bring some equipment and the tutor will send a list before the start of the course.

What to bring for this course?
Please bring an apron, suitable closed shoes e.g. strong shoes or trainers. No high heels, ballet shoes or sandals.
Please bring something to tie your hair back if necessary. No jewellery including earrings or nail varnish can be worn in the catering kitches.
It is recommended that you purchase a nutri-bullet or similar for the course ensuring it has a milling attachment (although there is a limited supply available to share in class).
Please bring containers to take food home in, all ingredients included in course fee.
