Vegan Cookery | Party Foods & Picnics

Course Type: Adult leisure and hobby Campus: West Durrington Campus

Why this course?

You will be shown how to prepare/cook vegan party foods to wow your friends and family. By the end of the course you will be able to create party foods for entertaining, buffets and picnics with confidence. Samples of food prepared by your tutor, as well as what you cook, will be taken home.

This workshop will give you the chance to meet other students who enjoy vegan cooking and be taught by a tutor who has an understanding of the challenges in preparing interesting and nutritional dishes to meet with the ethos of veganism.

Suitable for the complete beginner or someone with a little knowledge. All ingredients are supplied and included in the cost of the course, but you will need to bring some equipment and the tutor will send a list before the start of the course.
